“We commissioned Aqua-blasters to apply a resin sealant to our recently laid block paving. They undertook a very comprehensive assessment of the site beforehand and discussed the proposed work with us in detail including the need to work around the weather and avoid any risk of water damage. Before applying resin, they spent a full day pressure washing the paving. They arrived punctually and worked virtually non-stop for the next 10hours, where they kept us closely informed throughout and worked efficiently and thoroughly.
Similarly, after waiting a few days for the blocks to dry they returned to apply the resin. Again, arriving punctually, and remained cheerful and up-beat despite what must have been a very gruelling 12hour day. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They pre-empted any problems and dealt with these promptly and without drama. The end result was very satisfactory. They clearly took considerable pride in their work. There was minimal disturbance or mess and they did not leave until they were certain that we were completely satisfied.
